After your First Cleaning (Deep Cleaning, Post-construction or Move-in/out Cleaning) we provide recurrent cleaning (Standard Cleaning) at a special price. We have “Every 4 weeks, Every 3 weeks, Every 2 weeks, or Every week” packages at special prices.
You can select how often you want your cleaning at the time of your first booking, and the website will provide you the price of your next cleaning that will be a standard cleaning.
Attention: In case you stay more than 30 days without a cleaning done by our team your next cleaning must be, at least, a Regular Deep Cleaning.
KITCHEN: 1) Wash and scrub sink; 2) Clean the interior and exterior of the microwave; 3) Clean countertops; 4) Clean the exterior of fridge; 5) Clean exterior of the oven; 6) Vacuum all floors; 7) Mop all floors; 8) Clean the exterior of the dishwasher; 9) Remove spider webs; 10) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: 1) Wipe down cabinets exterior only (Grease removal is INCLUDED); 2) Clean the interior of the fridge; 3) Clean interior of the oven; 4) Clean behind the oven and refrigerator; 5) Wipe down range hood (Grease removal is INCLUDED); 6) Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors “interior only”; 7) Clean baseboards; 8) Tile grout cleaning (floor and wall); 9) Ceiling grease removal; 10) Wipe down door handles and light switches; 11) Blinds cleaning with the duster; 12) Clean the interior of the dishwasher.
BATHROOMS: 1) Wash and sanitize toilet, shower, and sink; 2) Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces; 3) Wipe down the mirrors and glass fixtures; 4) Exterior cabinets cleaning; 5) Vacuum all floors; 6) Mop all floors; 7) Remove spider webs; 8) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: 1) Wipe down door handles and light switches; 2) Clean baseboards; 3) Tile grout cleaning (floor and wall); 4) Mold removal (If removable with our mold cleaning products); 5) Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors “interior only”; 6) Blinds cleaning with the duster.
BEDROOMS AND COMMON AREAS: 1) Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces; 2) Wipe mirrors and glass fixtures; 3) Vacuum all floors; 4) Mop all floors (NOT included grout cleaning); 5) Clean laundry room (If located inside your home, and not included grout cleaning); 6) Remove spider webs; 7) Take out trash and recyclables inside your home to your property/street trash can. NOT INCLUDED: 1) Exterior cabinets cleaning; 2) Wipe down door handles and light switches; 3) Clean baseboards; 4) Clean small and removable dirty spots on the wall (We don’t clean the entire wall); 5) Clean windows, windowsills, and glass doors “interior only”); 6) Blinds cleaning with the duster; 7) Clean the ceiling fans.
(SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN STANDARD CLEANING ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU UPGRADE YOUR SERVICE FOR THE HEAVY-DUTY DEEP CLEANING)
1) We do not move heavy furniture.
2) In case your home had any construction, remodel, or paint you should book a Post-Construction Cleaning.
3) If the blinds need to be cleaned with a damp cloth it will be charged $10 per blind. (this service will only be done with the client’s permission).
4) Cleaning of Windows, Glass Doors, and Blinds that are within arms reach (Interior only).
5) We do not remove stickers and glue residue on any surfaces (ex: walls, counters, glass surfaces, and other).
6) We don’t clean outside areas; only inside house cleaning.
7) We try our best to maintain the flat rate that we give upon your booking. In case the conditions of your home are not what we have anticipated (sanitation, cleaning time, organization or size range) the price of your cleaning may increase.
